FTVG is pleased to publish the findings from this year’s initiative.
Since announcing the re-opening of Expressions of Interest in March 2024, nearly sixty expressions of interest were collated. Individuals were encouraged to join our series of six collaboration workshops to meet people with similar interests and try to form project teams. After receiving a record number of applications, five projects were selected for funding through the Rees Jeffreys Road Fund.
The five project teams have been working on their outputs since July 2024; drawing together academics, professionals and volunteers around a new and innovative idea to benefit the transport sector.
The findings from each of our project teams are now published on the FTVG website. They are intended to be research and guidance tools to inform and improve best practice in the transport sector.
These findings will now be judged by our steering group, ahead of selecting a winner for this year’s Outstanding Project Award this summer.
