The Future Transport Visions Group (FTVG) has relaunched with an expanded programme for 2026/2027 and is now inviting Expressions of Interest for a new round of research and development projects starting in 2026.
FTVG supports early-career professionals in the transport sector by providing a collaborative platform to develop innovative research ideas, build cross-sector networks, and access funding opportunities.
This initiative is aimed at individuals within the first ten years of their transport career. Applications are welcome from:
FTVG is built around collaboration. All applicants who submit an Expression of Interest will be invited to a series of collaboration workshops, designed to bring together participants with shared interests across organisations and geographies.
After the workshops, teams will be formed and invited to submit a formal funding application.
Previous funding rounds have helped participants build professional connections and led to further presentations, research activity, and additional funding opportunities.
